Damn cleaned up the diet. No junk.
January 1 I was at 240.
Body weight 225, will take skin fold in a.m.
Just figured out my calories, fuck I thought I was getting a ton more then it calculated out to.
Base calories are 2189 for the last 2 weeks.
Protein=237 grams
Carbs = 127 grams
Fat = 70 grams
I do boxing drills for 20 minutes on an empty stomach upon awakening. I don't know how many calories this adds up to being burned but if I keep it consistent I can adjust the calories per the weight.
Work out is one body part per day. 5 days a week
Goal= See my lower abs. The top 2 are poking through.
