Spatts and Shoulder Probs

Hey Spatts, I got a shoulder prob. question for ya. I'm hoping you or someone might be able to recommend something. As the blood gets pumped thru my shoulder it seems like the circulation stops...it kind of tingles and falls asleep. It happens when doing back, arms, and shoulders. I can't leave my arms up over my head for more than a minute without it getting that tingly feeling. When I'm liffitng, it feels like the circulation is gone, it feels pumped up to but then it's harder to move it to. Has this happended to your shoulder?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!:)

Nope, I've given up on doctors. I always stretch it between every set to help with the circulation but it doesn't prevent it from getting stiff. I'm wondering if my shoulder alignment pinches something and makes it go kind of numb? I know I have bad circulation everywhere, body extremities fall asleep very easily, it's just getting worse in the gym and is ANNOYING!

I'm not aware of any genetic conditions. I suppose it could be? I've given up on docs for any chronic issue that I have. I have seen SO MANY docs for a couple problems I have and the problems never get resolved. If I ever get in an accident and need emergency attention, believe me I'll be the first one there. But for any biomechanical/physical problems I'm better on my own. You know how you keep going back time after time even to different docs telling yourself that this time things will get better and nothing changes? My hands and feet are usually cold but aren't most womens? When I get up first thing in the morning I can't grip anything with my hands, no feelings in them yet but that's been going on for years.

hmm, I don't know if they are that cold? When I used to have to stand at "Parade Rest" it would KILL ME! I'd rather stand at attention to save my poor arms from falling off at the shoulder!

Thanks W6, that sounds like me from some of the websites I found. I will try the stretching exercises. They demonstrated a test where the shoulder may fall asleep and mine does every time I put a barbell on my back for lunges. Now is there similar problems associated with the lower half? When I used to attempt the butt exercises on the floor(thrusts) I'd have to quit in a minute because everything would tingle and go numb, especially the knees and hips. Could a chiropractor straighten me out?
