u gotta remeber though, they arent training for 5 hours a day, thats just how long they are at the gym for. most of that time is spent training others, since alot of them have to do that to make ends meet. almost all pros ive ever read anything about, say not to train more than 2 hours tops.

I'm calling BS on the 18 inch arms at 170 lbs. Or was it even necessary?

I guess if you curl with a 35 lb barbell you can do it thrice weekly and fool yourself that that "pump" = 18 inch arms.
 
The guy is overtraining PERIOD! The "gains" that he thinks he is getting are probably just a little extra pump from the added workouts. No WAY IN HELL can any one recover from an intense workout to do another TWO workouts in the same week!!! That is, unless his workouts completely lack intensity, or he is just doing cable curls & rope pushdowns for light sets of 15 or something. If thats the case, then I get the feeling that he might be one of those "guys" whose cardio consists of "Sweatin' to the Oldies" sessions.
 
To answer your question, I am 5'6. I am not 100% proportioned, but I am massy in all areas and my legs do not look like a stork. I get complimented on my "Mr. Wonderful" physique all the time. I'm in the top 8% in my gym and never got a critique as to an unproportions. I use my body as a tool for getting laid on a regular basis, and it has been working well for some time now. The don't call me "THE HAMMER" in myrtle beach for nothing. Anyways guys, thanks for the feedback on this one.

I've met you before. Do you know why they call you the hammer?
Because your body is disproportionate. Big on top skinny legs.
 
170lbs and 18" arms? something doesn't sound right about that.. theres a guy at my gym who is my height (6'2) and is only 180lbs and he told me he measured his arms and they are 18..... lol.. they look about like 15.5" to me.. but alot of ppl exaggerate arm size.
 
18inch arms even on a short-ass would make you at least 200lbs.

No way can a 170lb man have an 18inch arm - unless he is 5ft nothing... but even then.. no way. 16 maybe at 170.
