Some Retard in the Gym

I may sound like a douche who doesn't get the humor here. But, I think that stopping before full range can be dangerous depending on your structure- especially with a lot of weight. I just feel that it's more natural to go all the way down and slowly push out of the bottom (controlling it anyway, not jerking). I think there's just too much force on the pecs when they are in a weak position to stop the movement unnaturally or to jerk in any way at the bottom. That's how injuries happen IMO.

i agree with you on how you dont give a shit about other people in the gym.... but im about to run tren starting saturday and your makin me a little worried lol

No full range of motion=partial muscle stimulation=sloppy physique.

My lard ass friend loaded 405 on the incline the other day and asked me to spot him. He cut each rep short 4-6 inches above his chest. He banged out 10+ with shitty form. Afterwards he asked me how many he got. I said "I think you got 11, but it only counts as 6 cuz you pussed out and didn't do full range of motion" He didn't like hearing that-but this is the same guy that wonders why it is that when he diets he never gets the refined look the judges want.

exactly. leave me alone when im training - don't even look at me. i look at no one cus im too busy looking at myself. i guess im too narcissistic.

No, you don't understand. This guy works at the gym and while I was walking out he kinda started up a conversation, so while it was going on I brought up his bench. He and many others know that I love talking about bodybuilding so it's not unusual for me to go on and on about lifting. We were standing there for like 25 minutes just talking about how we both lift and eat and cut and stuff. I wasn't invading his privacy by just talking about lifting, man.

THIS is the kinda guy who can't be to himself in the gym. HE'S the one praddling on in the gym and tries to show off his whack-ass training style.

And I AM the kinda guy to mind his own business while working out. I'm focused. I see people I know and most of the time I pretend they're not even there. I talked to him while walking OUt of the gym, not working out.

JUST THOUGHT I'D MAKE MYSELF CLEAR...................
 
There is a jackass just like that in my gym. The guy mostly talks the whole time he's in there about what he's on how much he's taking. How he's getting so much stronger and bigger when he hasn't gone up in weight in a year and the only growth he's got is massive acne. I call him pizzaback whenever he tries to talk to me. Some of the shit he say's he's on is retarded. Last time he told me he was taking test,deca,dbol,anadrol,winny, igf and some other crap before I stopped paying attentio. Than he asked if I wanted him to get some gear for me and I straigh told his ass not if it makes me look like you.

Also this guy is a half repper on damn near everthing. Especially any presses.

I think this kid's a friggin retard, and not only because of what I said above, but because the way he trains is GOD-AWFUL and he calls himself a Bodybuilder. And he acts like he's the friggin shit around the gym. And I'm not the only one who thinks he's on steroids. If you're on roids, do everything right, dammit!

DAMMIT! I hate that kid!

Why do you care so much about what he thinks and whether he believes you or not?

You are SOOO right, dude!! I should've taken that thought into (greater) consideration. I feel better.
