I may sound like a douche who doesn't get the humor here. But, I think that stopping before full range can be dangerous depending on your structure- especially with a lot of weight. I just feel that it's more natural to go all the way down and slowly push out of the bottom (controlling it anyway, not jerking). I think there's just too much force on the pecs when they are in a weak position to stop the movement unnaturally or to jerk in any way at the bottom. That's how injuries happen IMO.
