Some Retard in the Gym

head phones are great... it's funny as all get out..

i do strict form, low weights, high reps (last 4 months) and guys will do the rocking thing with the ez curl.. I just smile and keep working... 5x20... then 2 weeks later you see guys doing the same thing that i have been doing..

haha. i can see it now. Breaking news today, a young man was found guilty of killing another man in the gym bc the pussy said he could bench 315 so the guilty man pushed the bar all the way down and the bar stopped the mans heart. In other news, anna nicole smith was buried in my backyard.
 
I load up the bench with 7 plates on each side. Then I just sit on the bench for an hour and let everyone stare at me like that's the weight I workout with and I'm just resting between sets. Of course the weight never even leaves the rack. I just figure that they'll assume I do my sets while they're doing theirs. I'm such the trickster.

I saw the exact same thing a few years back at my gym,not one to talk to people at gym I dont know,but couldnt take it after seeing it a few times,I was constructive in explaining full R.O.M. to the guy,he did it for like 1 workout after that,and then went back to his old lame ass way.
 
I agree w/ all of you on how far you should take the bar. But I know in personal training classes that's what they teach; at least the one's I've attended. They say when your upper arms become parallel to the floor that is sufficient. Any more and you're over stressing the shoulder. Who knows? Maybe but I can't stop going all the way.
