One of the so called trainers at my gym (24hr Fit), got asked by a guy who looked like he was having pain while DL'ing 95lbs. to critique his form. She gave him some advice and it was absolute SHIT advice. I felt sorry for the guy. But, for the most part I don't give advice unless asked in the gym. most people seem to have too big of ego's...even when they're not big (or strong) themselves. Sad, really.

Alot of things piss me off, and most of the time I wont say anything, but when some fucker doesnt put up his weights after he is done- I always say something.
 
man, you guys are angry mother fuckers. dudes right about cheating curls, read the arnold bible for that one. i go all the way down to my chest, touch the chest without bounce and go back up, i go down easy and effieciently but not fast, you lose control that way and then push back up flexing my chest.

a friend of mine on occasion will stop the bar 1" above his chest and then go back up, to me this is still a full rep and adds more work to the muscles because you don't get the slight rest by touching the chest. i don't see a problem with this. i don't like the half reps though, thats stupid
