Some Retard in the Gym

Funny just had this exact same talk with one of the guys in my gym. I'm sure every gym has these people. Whats even sadder is when they do half reps or even LESS on a machine. I mean fuck I have pretty long arms (6'2) but I ALWAYS bring the damn bar down to my chest, what the fuck is the point in doing something half way? Their range of motion is going to be fucked.
 
and looking at him, with bacne, a deeep voice (from test), and a bloated lean look i can tell he's on roids. this kid's 18. and another thing! he calls himself a bodybuilder but when I asked him he said he doesn't deadlift and he doesn't work calves ""Cause it's all genetic!"... OMFG!!!!!!!!! I hate this kid! And he talks all badd! Thinks he's badd!! Dammit I just had to let some more steam out! Thanks guys!

lol prob am gonna be next cycle. im on week 3 of my first cycle right now. 300 mg of test e a week and 40mg of dbol a day till end of next week. AIFM should be in mail soon
 
i dont go all the way down on flat bench due to shoulder probs

I really dont pay attention to the tools in my gym unless they get in my way
 
hell i go all the way down but avoid lockout. You want the BEST FULL range of motion you can get with any lift you do but hace strict form and control of the weight.

that is why i mostly use dbs
