OK when tracking sodium (as I am diligently doing right NOW) and using Fitday - when selecting a food like "Chicken breast, boneless, skinless" or "Steak, cooked, lean only eaten" ----> when looking at the Nutrition facts for the amount selected (say 3 oz) is the sodium listed (332.84mg in 3 oz of cooked boneless skinless chicken) the sodium ALREADY, NATURALLY in the food or is fitday just assuming I'm adding the salt??
