Okay... So I know sodium makes you retain water... but how much is to much?? I mainly ask becasue I prolly eat 2-3 6oz cans of tuna a day and thats aprox 675mg of sodium per can... I don't really eat to much other "canned or processed" foods.
Also... Is there anything else I should be watching out for?? I track my Protein, fats, and carbs already.. and I take a multi vitamin...Centrum... ya ya I know I need to switch, but I have been lazy to get down and pick up something new... any suggestions?
