Deadlifts, abs and cardio for today's workout later on. Damn I haven't deadlifted in a while again. I really should really keep that in my routine always.
Ok well this sucks. Just got back from working out.
Deadlifted 135 x 10, 225 x 8, 315 x 6 (warm up sets) then did a max set with 405 for 5. I got so fuckin weak on this lift!!!! 2 years ago I could get up 545 for a few reps. Fuck!! Time to get my shit back. Felt good though doing this. Jump roped afterwards for cardio then did some abs.
On another note for my drug regimen im lowering my test dose again to just 250mg once a week and upping my liquidex dose to 1 1/2mg eod. Fina dose stays the same though. Gotta get shredded. Sex drive is still just as high as when I was on 750mg of sus a week. Strange isn't it.
