So I decided to lean out some after all, while still building quality mass as well.

Went off my fina for now. Last shot was on Wednesday. Gonna lay off it until im fully healed. Didn't work out today gonna rest as much as possible to focus all my healing towards my elbow. Hopefully the deca will do well. Most likely going to skip my sus dose next week as well and just rest. Monday I will start working out again with some light exercises as well as training legs and abs. I will try and get back into training full blown again after a week of full rest for my elbows. Hopefully by then my elbow will have healed fully.
 
Gonna shoot up 250mg sus today but that's it for this week. Still no fina. Next week starting up again no matter what. Elbow doesn't seem to be getting much better that fast. Well it's only been a short time but still. I've decided that I have to hit the gym after all though this week. Can't stay away I feel like shit although im looking much leaner without working out and since lowering my dose of sus. Water retension definately lessened. Gonna do a good all out workout sometime this week maybe tommorow. Deadlifts(shouldn't have a problem here since my elbows don't move through the movement) and then leg presses will be done for my main exercises. Then some pec deck thrown in there as well for some chest stimulation along with lateral and front raises for the delts. Throw some abs in there and then some forearms and calves and im good to go. Seems like a little much for one day but I haven't worked out in fuckin forever!!! Then maybe for the rest of the week I will get as much rest as possible again maybe doing some cardio and some abs and maybe some forearms even but just really focusing on recovering as quickly as possible. As well I think my cycle will be lasting just a another 6 weeks or so. Post cycle crash preperation time coming up. Knowing me im sure I will maintain most if not all my solid muscle gains and just lose the water but the sex drive may suffer for a few weeks.



Well I decided not to shoot any sus after all this week. As well I am also lowering my liquidex dose to 1mg eod for this week.

Damn bro I was thinking the same shit. I still wanna know what your mom wants out of that tape she gave me. Hope everything is good with you. As you can see shit sucks with my elbow. Plus shit sucks even more because I can't go to the gym today because nobody tells me that my parent's are borrowing my car to take to georgia because they needed an extra ride to bring shit down. YIPEEE!!! :rolleyes:

Last juice phase til off time!!

Ok so I didn't go to the gym!!! Am I getting lazy or what??!! This is the longest layoff I have had in a long time. Right elbow is still slightly swollen. Left feels mostly ok as well. Still going to take 800mg ibeprofen ed maybe just til end of this week. Maybe I should go pick up some glucosamine as well. Definately gotta workout tonight no matter what though!! LOL!! I say this every night.

Next week I shoot up again. This is the last phase before going off in my long spring and summer cycle.

250mg sus every 5 days for about 8 weeks
150mg fina eod for about 10 weeks
1mg liquidex eod
Fat burners are still taken as well along with regular protein supplements and extra vitamins and minerals.

Then off.

100mg ed clomid first week
50mg clomid ed next week
1mg liquidex eod for 6-8 after last shot of sus

Off all juice until next year again. ;)
 
Finally trained last night!! I trained ALL my bodyparts!! I had to it's been so long. Plus I didn't do that many sets total and didn't use heavy weights so I was ok. Workout lasted a bit long though.(2hours) Still it felt good. I actually trained upper body too and using lighter weights and alot of stretching and warming up I was able to get a decent workout in. Took some advils after again as it was getting sore again but still. Im confindent it will heal completely. I'll give myself the weekend off and start again on Monday with legs then continue with my traditional split.

Gonna do my fina and sus right after I get off this computer today as well as my liquidex at 1mg eod.(haven't been taking this in a bit as well) Can't wait!!

Staying up the whole day as my sleeping pattern is all screwed up. I have a wedding tommorow and im gonna go to bed real early tonight and sleep for a good 12 hours at least!! Hehehe good to go for the wedding and and I can't wait for the reception!!! Yeah baby im gonna get nice and drunk!!!!

Rest on Sunday then back to normal again and being on point. I've had too many setbacks. Time to get serious! :garza:
 
Trained upper body yesterday. Going to keep it this way(upper body one day lower body the other) for a while all the more to allow the joints to heal since I won't be attacking the upper body several times a week. Abs are done on leg day though. Joints still sore at times and still training with less my usual weight by far but the slow and controlled contractions stimulate my muscles well. Having trouble sleeping though. Actually I think it's because of stress and no smoking that's causing it. (Yes I started smoking again here and there when I stopped working out. Poor excuse for a stress reliever. Should have never had my first last year. Stopped but started again this summer. STUPID!!!) I haven't smoked though in a few days and it's getting to me. Fuck it at least I can work out again. Taking alot of my vitamins again including extra C and E and no more drinking as I started doing that all the more too when I was going out and not into working out mode. Diet is still not 100% on point though. Im eating pretty decent but not great. Oh well im just glad to be back in groove. Still this elbow problem is getting to me. It's been weeks now and although it's ok it's not great. Oh well time will fix that.

Im about 220 and not sure about my current bf%. I always just guessed that anyway as im not a believer in using bodyfat calipers to measure accurate bf%. Im looking leaner than in the pics though that I last posted but I think alot has to do with me looking leaner due to my lowered dose of test and less water bloat as a result of that. Training yesterday though I noticed a great deal of vascularity. More so than when I was in full blown training though. Less water retension and im assuming the fina(only been on for short time though) is what's doing it this time around. Very displeased with the way things went for me overall this summer in terms of my physique. Too many setbacks and more than half of the situation was made worse because of me. Oh well im back on track now so it's time to do good for rest of my summer cycle. :)
