Well here goes my new anabolic plan. It was last Monday since I took my last sus dose and taking it again today but from now on every 5 days. Gonna shoot up the sus when I wake up as well as just 1cc of fina from now on eod. Feels kind of weird lowering the fina. Im loving the stuff beyond belief. Oh well we'll see how this goes.
BTW - Chest, Triceps, and Delts tommorow. Can't wait im going to try the 120's for incline dumbell presses again. Damn it's been in a while since I've done those.
Workout should be along the lines of this routine although knowing me it varies but something most likey along the lines of this routine.
Incline dumbell presses - 2 warm up sets then 1 all out set of the 120's.
Decline hammer strength - 2-3 sets
Wide grip dips - 2-3 sets
Incline dumbell flyes - 2-3 sets
Pec deck - 2 sets
Cable overhead extensions - 3 sets
One arm dumbell extensions - 3 sets
Cable pushdowns - 2 sets
One arm dumbell lateral raises - 40 pounds/30 pounds/20 pounds
Wide grip upright rows - 2 sets
