So I decided to lean out some after all, while still building quality mass as well.

Ok so I got a little side tracked this weekend and yesterday. Been having a little too much fun. Got drunk again yesterday. Had a nice little pool party. Wooohooo!!!! Worked out yesterday though before the party. Did a light biceps, triceps, delts and abs workout. Didn't take any fat burners at all today. Trying to give my body a break from them every now and then.

Tommorow I will do deadlifts and then work legs.

Damn im not feeling good at all today. Stomach is not doing good at all. Fuck this is pissin me off the bathroom is my best friend. 3 times in the last 3 hours just about and I feel like throwing up but nothing comes out. WTF?!?!?!
 
Damn haven't worked out all week. On top of that I've been drinking and going out more often. Oh well still at 220 and looking huge and pumped all the time. Gonna work out today although I was supposed to bounce tonight but I don't think im gonna be working this shift. Don't know what im gonna train yet we'll see. My whole body is pretty much fresh so anything can go.


Just got back from the gym. Decided to do a deadlift only session. Im feeling really good. Did 505 pounds today for a single. Used straps though on my last 2 sets. Didn't think I was going to go for another set after 405 but after the first rep which was easy I knew I was going to so I decided not to put my all into that set.

Sets and reps were as follows.

135 x10
225 x5
315 x3
405 x3
505 x1

I feel like shit. Bad headache. Advils kickin in though.

Anyway update on length of cycle left. I have 11 amps of sus left. Instead of going 250mg every 10 days im gonna bump it back up to 250mg every 5 days but drop the fina dose to about 100mg eod or around that dose. Added some 150mg/cc fina mix to a vial of 75mg/cc mix so 1cc should be around that area. Liquidex dose stays at 1mg eod. Fat burners will be md-6 at 4 pills at only one dose in the morning except if workout is later on throughout the day at which point another 4 pills will be taken. Tapering off the thermogenics just a bit. Hehehe.

Diet has to be more on point now. Less junk food and snacks and no more getting drunk. Yeah fuck it I've been drinking way too much. Not good to be getting in this phase again especially since I haven't been in that phase so long prior to getting back into it. All good im a summer person anyway and fall and winter are coming up so back to hibernating and saving my money. ;)
 
Very interesting to watch your workout habbits, you often struggle with the same stuff most folks do, wanting to party and just cut loose. Sometimes we have to keep our goals in mind and keep focused on the task at hand, GROWING! I would like to hear your imput on how much you think fina alone has helped you in your quest. BTW This is a cool post Mike!

Yeah bro it gets hard at times. I get into phases where during winter I tend to get bulkier and don't feel like going out as much. Im a summer person what can I say. Being in relationships tends to make me in a more relaxed state as well where I don't go out as much either with the boys. Prior to this summer for example I had not drank since New Year's or smoked a cigarrette since last year. Well the smoking thing has alot more to do with stress but I hardly ever have even just one anyway. I do gotta get my priorities straight but it is hard to balance bodybuilding and having alot of "recreational fun." Need to get into my good old habits again especially since this whole winter I will be off my cycle and won't start again til next year in spring. The fina definately made a huge difference bro. Even with the inconsistency of the whole workout/diet and being 100% on point as a whole my strength, vascularity, and overall shape has improved alot. Makes me wonder what could have been if I was 100% on point this whole time while on it. Steroids can have that effect in making one lazier but I know I shouldn't. Oh well I have all the time in the world. Im in this game for the long run anyway having trained since I was 12 and didn't even start juicing until 20. Well here goes my new anabolic plan. It was last Monday since I took my last sus dose and taking it again today but from now on every 5 days. Gonna shoot up the sus when I wake up as well as just 1cc of fina from now on eod. Feels kind of weird lowering the fina. Im loving the stuff beyond belief. Oh well we'll see how this goes. :D

BTW - Chest, Triceps, and Delts tommorow. Can't wait im going to try the 120's for incline dumbell presses again. Damn it's been in a while since I've done those.

Workout should be along the lines of this routine although knowing me it varies but something most likey along the lines of this routine.

Incline dumbell presses - 2 warm up sets then 1 all out set of the 120's.

Decline hammer strength - 2-3 sets

Wide grip dips - 2-3 sets

Incline dumbell flyes - 2-3 sets

Pec deck - 2 sets

Cable overhead extensions - 3 sets

One arm dumbell extensions - 3 sets

Cable pushdowns - 2 sets

One arm dumbell lateral raises - 40 pounds/30 pounds/20 pounds

Wide grip upright rows - 2 sets

Ok did my workout today after all. Was so pissed though. All souped up after several warm-up sets on the incline dumbells to do the 120's. So here's what happened. Needed a spotter and for initial lift off as well since I hadn't done these in a while. I asked him if he knew how to spot on the exercise and he said yeah. I even told him to lift up from my elbows. He looked pretty big too which goes to show that just because you look like you workout doesn't mean you know jack shit!! So what does he do?!?! On the initial lift off he grabs the dumbells and tries to lift it like that. As I struggled I finally was like "let go im droppin it." I was like LIFT FROM THE ELBOWS REMEMBER. He was like "oh im sorry and bla bla bla." I think guys in the gym even though they don't know shit don't wanna seem like they don't so they go ahead and try to help when they're really not doing jack shit. Damn I was so annoyed. I tried it again and got it up for 2 measly reps. Then did the 110's for 8. Oh well.. Did 4/45 pound plates a side on decline hammer strength then proceeded to do the rest of my workout. Followed everthing exactly except for instead of pushdowns did close to the body(more emphasis on triceps this time) dips and didn't do as many overall sets for chest.

Ok did my fina shot one day late. Just shot up an hour ago so that counts as the next day. :p

Just thinking about it I need to do the 120's on a regular again for incline dumbells. 2 more workouts with 110's during my main set for incline dumbell presses then I will try again with the 120's for a good amount of reps with good form.

As well I want to be able to get up 545 on the deadlift like I used to a while back. Seeing as how I don't do deadlifts on the regular at all and I just did a 505 pound deadlift im sure in the next few weeks to come that won't be a problem. Actually, I think I will try it on my next deadlifting session. No belt and no knee wraps although I do use wrist straps. :( Woooopti-friggin-dooo!!! :p
