So I decided to lean out some after all, while still building quality mass as well.

Ok so I didn't work out again today. Fuck!!! So much drama in my life and it's fuckin everything up. Oh well tommorow I have to go no matter what.

Ok tommorow will be a full all out upper body day. Yeah yeah I know alot of work for just one day but I need to make up for the days missed. Workout should still not last longer than 2 hours considering I rest alot less in between sets and exercises than I used to. Consider that my idea of cardiovascular conditioning for now. Hehehe it's great to be young still.

4 exercises for back(including lower back), chest, and triceps.

3 exercises for biceps.

2 exercise for delts.

1 exercise for traps(back muscle still but will be put in it's own category today)

2 exercises for forearms.

Lastly 4 exercises for abs.

*Alternate back and chest after each exercise and also tricep and bicep exercises

Knowing me probably not 100% of all this will be done as im very instinctive with my training after having learned how my body handles things over the years.


Just like I said not everything was 100% Worked out whole upper body though except for abs and lower back which I will do tommorow. Had a great workout though. Intense all the way through which im very pleased with I have to say. Did incline dumbell presses again for the first time in months!!!! Slow and controlled reps now. Did respectable enough weight (100 pounds each hand) but not concerned with poundage as much anymore just maximum muscle stimulation using good enough weight with precise form. The injury to my elbow turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it made me learn to really throw out my ego from the gym.

Dammit missed another day for my sus dose. LOL!!!! So now it's been 9 days. OHHHHH WELLLL............ :p

Did abs outside yesterday in my backyard then went swimming in my pool. Ahhh good stuff. Nothing like a cool pool after a ab workout in the hot sun. :supercool

Anyway going back into personal training this week. It's been a while. :D
 
Leg day today. Most likely in the afternoon or night when I will work out.

*For further note on the negative side I had 1 cigarrette today. I had a few pulls 2 times earlier this week as well. Hard to quit and been really stressed lately. I know no excuses!! :mad:


Just trained legs. Fuckin beat!!!! Time to relax. :)

Feel a little groggy today. Had some beers last night as I had a nice little pool party. Made sure I took an extra muti-vitamin/mineral supplement though with extra c after though as drinking depletes vitamins and even had a good meal for good nutrients in my system while I sleep. Hehehehe even when im partying im thinking in terms of bodybuilding. LOL! Legs are nice and sore today. Trained real hard yesterday. Needed to get alot of tension out of me.
 
Back(lower back done at the end of the workout after forearms), biceps and forearms in a bit. Gotta go out later on though tonight. Hmmm..... Can't miss a workout though. Hope im not too tired.

Workout sucked. Was too tired. Didn't finish. Did a few sets then left. Didn't do much anyway so I'll finish the rest tommorow.

Fuck I missed my fina dose yesterday. Gotta go shoot up ASAP. Im getting bad with this. LOL. This ambien is kickin in real nice. Shoot up, clean up, then sleep. Ahhhhh!!!!!!! :sleeping:
 
*Ok so I decided that today's workout will consist of a good Chest/Triceps workout.

5 exercises for chest

4 exercises for triceps


Did exactly as planned. Ahhhh felt really good today. Did the 110's each hand on incline dumbell presses real slow and controlled for 9 reps after alot of warm up sets and stretching of course. Elbow is getting back to normal. Felt a little sore afterwards but just happy im back and almost 100% healed. I will try for the 120's next week. Should be doing the 140's by now dammit!!!! Oh well....


*Tommorow will be Deadlifts/Biceps/Delts/Forearms/Abs(no direct oblique work)

Deadlifts get 4 sets. 3 warm up 1 all out.

Biceps get 1 exercise. Dumbell alternating curls with supinating and pronating for 4 total sets including 1 warm up set.

Delts get one exercise. 1 arm dumbell lateral raises for 2 sets each side.

Forearms start off with power holds with 315 for 2 sets of however long I can hold it for. Then 1 set of reverse wrist curls and 1 set of regular wrist curls.

Abs get vertical leg raises followed by cable crunches and lastly leg raises while doing a standard crunch all in one movement. 2 sets each exercise.

REALLY HOPE I WILL FOLLOW THIS EXACT WORKOUT COMPLETELY. MONDAY WILL BE A REST DAY SO I SHALL GO DOWN TO THE SHORE AND RELAX. :supercool

Damn no way im working out today. Real sore from yesterday but even though im training different bodyparts just not feeling it. Too much drinking yesterday im thinking. Hahahahahaha. Nice day today im laying out in the sun and chillin in my pool!!!

Going off fat burners for ONE WHOLE DAY TODAY!!!!! 0o0o0o0o0o :D Just want my system to be relaxed.

Ok lowered dose again to once every 10 days now for the sus. Sex drive is still high as ever and gains seem to be going on a continuous basis even without a perfect diet. Im telling you fina is the shit!!! 150mg eod and gains are great! I think i'll be on for another 2 months before I take off for at least 4-5 months. Maybe next March again like what I did from last year til this year. We shall see... :D
