So I decided to lean out some after all, while still building quality mass as well.

Looks like it's gonna rain all day and night today. If it's that bad then I'll just skip the running and train legs normally. Back will be done on Saturday then most likely or even on Sunday. Have a big bachelor party to attend to on Friday and I might not get as much sleep as I want to. Hmmmm it's a special event too so drinking will be allowed. Hey gotta live a lil right? hehehehe. Gotta bounce Saturday night so maybe my back workout will be moved to Sunday instead.(don't wanna work out before going to work)

Anyway leg day will be basic, and VERY intense with minimal sets. Abs will also be done but not at the gym but after when I get home. 4 all out sets of leg raises/with a regular crunch all in one movement and then 1 set of side sit-ups for the obliques should suffice.

Squats 3 sets
Leg curls 3 sets
Lunges 2 sets
Adductor machine 1 set
Leg extensions 1 set (toes pointing inward)
One leg dumbell calf raises 2 sets
Machine calf raises 2 sets
Seated calf raises 2 sets
Dumbell calf curls 2 sets (first time doing these)

*All sets include warm-up sets as well. Squats get 2 warm-up sets and 1 all out set and leg curls get 1 warm up set and 2 all out sets. No further warm-ups in the upcoming exercises are needed.

Workout sucked today. Everything was going good then halfway into my workout got into some fuckin drama. Fuckin b.s. ruined my workout. Whatever I think I will do my back workout tommorow and maybe throw some calves in there as well.

Workout tommorow as planned.

*This is what I did*

Hammer strength diagnal pulldowns - 4 sets

Wide grip pulldowns - 2 sets

Dumbell pullovers - 2 sets

One arm dumbell rows - 2 sets

Hammer strength one arm rows - 2 sets

Reverse pec deck - 2 sets

Dumbell shrugs - 2 sets

*For pump 1 set of dips and 1 set of incline dumbell flyes

Dumbell alternating curls - 2 sets (supinating and pronating)

Barbell reverse wrist curls - 3 sets

Barbell wrist curls - 1 set

Hanging holds - 1 set for as long as I could hold

Ab work - Several sets of whatever exercise. Did leg raised crunches, vertical leg raises, bench leg raises, cable crunches and side bends

For pump again - 1 set of dumbell lateral raises

*Didn't do calf work as I had originally planned. Gotta get ready for the bachelor party now.

Ok seriously I think im done drinking and smoking and doing all this fucked up shit that is detrimental to my overall progress in bodybuilding and in my general life. Got so fucked up hours ago at my boy's bachelor party. Still haven't slept. So fuckin stressed. So much fuckin b.s. yesterday. Everything was going good for hours then aot of b.s. Don't need this shit. Im done. I need to just relax and go back to the old me. Finally got out of that partying like crazy phase and now im back again. Once in a while I can understand is ok but lately it's all the fuckin time. Got to get back on point. I know im sounding redundant when I say this but I really do from now on. Shit I have work tonight. Still haven't slept. Im tired but can't sleep. Where is a xanax when you need one. Anyway gonna try and get some sleep. Tommorow starts a new day. Let's see if I can stick with being on point..... yet again.
 
Ended up calling out of work. All good though they have enough guys there anyway so it wasn't a big deal.

Anyway doing my shot of sus and fina soon. Taking a break from delt, pec, and tricep injections just for a bit. Shooting up in the quad today. Last shot was also in my quads. Will go back to pecs first next shot. Triceps will be next. Then delts again. I definately can say though I have noticed an improvement in my pecs and delts especially since injecting frequently into those bodyparts.

I can't wait to look back at all of this is the future and see where I was was. A constant reminder of the ups and downs we all go through. I think bodybuilding is one of the few things keeping me going still during these times of extreme stress for me. I really owe it to myself to not let my mind and body get out of hand anymore. Shooting up in quad again soon. Plus chest day is today and I hate doing my shot in that bodypart hours before working that bodypart.



Incline dumbell presses - 2 warm up sets (50's then 85's) then 2 all out sets (110's both sets)
Decline hammer strength - 3 drop sets (4 plates a side dropping one plate each drop set)

Wide (elbows away from the body) dips - 2 sets

Cable crossovers - 2 sets (80 pounds a side)

E-Z bar overhead tricep extensions - 3 sets (?? weight probably 90 pounds. Haven't done these in a WHILE!!)

Cable overhead extensions - 3 sets (120 all 3 sets)

Close (to the body) dips - 1 set

One arm dumbell lateral raises - 4 sets (45's, 35's, 25's, 20's)

Wide grip upright rows - 1 set (50)



Well didn't end up doing my workout. Helped move furniture all around the house for a friend though for about a good 4 hours. Got 100$ out of it though so that's a good thing. Feeling tired since I hardly had any sleep last night either. Most likely will do this workout on Wednesday.

More fun today!!!! :rolleyes: Just got finished moving alot of heavy ass fuckin wood for a couple of hours. Would have been nice if my parents told me this last night. Maybe I would have gotten more than 2 hours of sleep. Oh well... I could consider that hard cardio. hehehe. So at least I worked out today. 7 hours of sleep in 2 days. Not bad. :p
 
Upped fina dose to 1 1/2cc eod instead of 1cc eod. It just didn't feel or sound right at the lower doseage. hehehe :p Staying at 250mg sus every 5 days as well til the end. Getting an extra 40cc of 75mg/cc fina and going to use 2cc's eod once this bottle runs out. Once all is used up I will be done and will have a good long break from ALL the anabolic drugs in my system. Damn now that especially doesn't sound right. :(

Lowered md-6 dose to 3 pills first thing when waking up. Staying at this for 2 weeks then lowering it to 2 pills a day.

On workout days take 4 pills.

*Rest 10 minutes then proceed with regular workout

Friend just gave me a free bottle of pnp femera. Good for me!!! Instead of doing liquidex every third day im going to see how this does me. Im gonna take 2.5mg eod just to see how my body reacts to it. Besides.... It was for free!! :D
