Hey.. im not on any sort of real cutting diet.. or bulking diet or anything.. im just trying to stay on a healthy diet.. but.. what im trying to figure out is... what do you snack on when you get the snack craving.. ???

beef jerky, but watch out for the sodium. Also, you can get cod fish, its dried shredded fish. tons of protein no carbs. Mis egg whites with protein pwoder and oatmeal. fry them.
