It's a nightmare scenario having to take both of those but at the end of the day if you've got to use them you've got to use them
Make sure you take a good quality pro biotic with it. i recommend going to your health food store and getting refridgerated sach boulardii

I would not weight train while on Prednisone at the same time wait till you stop using it and then you can go back to weight training
