Any recommendations on best movements to thicken arms?
They have grown but width would be nice.
I do all the normal stuff. Pronate, supernate, hammer, cross body. Even overhead curls on machine. Consecrated curls, elbow back, preacher.
Did a fun pyramid set the other day.
Empty 45 lb bar set of 20. Add 5 lb each side set of 10 till 5 plates each side then back down to empty bar. It’s like 120 reps
