I am still here and still hitting the gym hard and regular.
Life has been crazy busy. So I have not posted to my log.
Diet is good but have decided to add in more food.
Weight is not going up or down. Still around the 200-205 area.
Was cutting out on meals and that is dumb on my part. I know I can eat a few more calories. But I have to eat more regular.
My meal timing has been for shit and that is cause big swings.
Not good. And not good for sugar levels etc….
I have just been skipping meals cause not hungry. Not skipping enough to call it fasting.
I know better than this. I know my body well enough to realize that it doesn’t work for me. I need to eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. 6 oz of protein and maybe cup of rice and veggies with som fats.
Gonna shoot for 275 gram protein, 200 carbs and about 40-50 fat.
Those are rough numbers I will dial this in. That makes me feel better and body works better.
I just have to stop being a pussy and do it.
