okay..been workin out and tryin to gain lean muscle and lose some fat, but it seems like i just cant get enough calories in me (well, at least im assuming) so i drink 1-2 slim fast shakes a day just to supplement calories. is this a bad idea or is there something similar i can be drinking on the go.
ps. im a bartender so i need something quick i can drink for calories.
