* Left Hamstring is buggin, feeling a little pulled but used the foam roller and that should help a bit
Biceps / Triceps 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Standing Bicep Curls

Reverse Tricep Pull downs
Preacher Curls
Skull Crushers
Drag Curls
Overhead Tricep extensions

* Started to get pimples on shoulders and chest a bit
