Day 11

Sorry for the late update guys.. It's been a super busy last few days for me, but I'll do a better job keeping you up to speed here. Despite my busy schedule I've still been able to hammer out my workouts which keep getting better and better as the days come along. I really pushed myself to the limit with legs and had to juggle my workouts a little bit and make an adjustment because my hamstrings were bothering me(very sore).. Not a big deal at all, it's just been my experience over the years of training not to push myself when I'm injured even at the slightest. Needless to say, today will be my day off but Ill be back in order on Monday with original play and layout.

I'm also planning on taking some measurements either today or tomorrow and prob add some pic's. I envy you guys who can just take a selfy.. Lol. I have a slight tremor which makes it impossible to take a focused shot, so I have to have my wife do it.

Not much to update other then what I have posted so far.. The biggest thing is my ability to push through the last rep of my workouts way easier then usual. Pretty much with every body part.

These are the biggest changes I've noticed so far:

* Increased Strength
* Increased Libido
* Vascularity


Shoulders

4 sets of 8-10 reps

1500+ jump rope sets
Lateral raises
Front raises
Upright Rows
Seated Barbell Military Press
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press

Wednesday – Chest 4 sets of 8-10 reps

* Killed this shit by the wayvvvv

Incline Bench Press
Flat Bench Press (1 extra set of 1-3 heavy reps)
Incline Dumbbell Press
Incline Dumbbell Flys
Cable Flys
Cable Press
Pec Deck
Incline Hammer Strength

I really noticed the push through strength on my chest day... Chest is probably the weakest of the different muscle groups for me.. Not only do I want to build a little size, but strength too. My last set, I fukin murdered though, and this is where I know Oxandrovar was shinning. Usually my shoulder aches, and that why my lifts aren't too big when I do chest, but I easily finished out my 4 sets of 8 @ 320lbs with no shoulder issues(which is a victory for sure).

Today will be a off day... Probably go for a 30-60 min jog and tomorrow go out to the football field and run my sprints.
