yeah bro, evenly spaced meals, watching/counting cals.... 5-7 meals per day, keep that ENGINE that is your body GOING, you need fuel to burn cals too, no need to go catabolic on us!
 
You don't need 5-7 meals a day. Three can work just fine, with four being more towards ideal than three. I mean, if you're only using whey protein, then sure, eat 8-10 meals. If not, eat less frequently, but larger meals.

In the end, calories matter, not the timing of a meal.
 
timing is very important... that's what keeps one's metabolism buring!
4-5 WHOLE food meals a day 2-3 hours a part, add protein shakes where nessesary, ect... read in the forum broski, you'll find what you're looking for.

A Simple YES Answers your title question though.... eat even if your not hungry, small, spaced meals throughout the day and tons of plain H20.
 
Uhm, meal frequency actually has very little to do with metabolism, sorry. The main thing is still calories. Why worry about nominal fucking details? Do more stuff, eat less stuff. VOILA! Lose weight.

I have always used the 7 meals a day eating every 2 to 2 1/2 hours with high protein levels if iam hungry or not. Its worked really well in the past. Total calories are very important but steady calorie intake will enable the body to absorb and use those calories more efficiently.

I tend to go for whole foods staying away from the protein shake apart from PWO, but i do supplement with glutamine,garlic, ginger, vit-c, glucosamine etc to keep the immune system strong. I very rearly come down ill. All the best matey
