Hey Short One I was at the show, I don't know if you could hear my 'The Short One Ruullleees' or 'Elite Fitness Vet' yells amidst the chaos. I saw before you went on stage too, you looked great over there too, so focused, and intense. Well Congrats on your show. You've inspired me to get my stuff together and prepare for a competition. Thank you. That was really nice. You should have let me know who you were. I met Jamie Lynn. She came to the pump area and yelled for me.

wouldn't you know it, some yahoo stood up in front of jeff's camera just as I was doing the thigh wiggle thing. I practiced that sucker for about 1/2 hour before getting on stage. lolol

I was gonna say something in the pump area but you looked so focused, i didn't want to disturb your chi, lol. you looked good, your routine was more exciting in person than on the web. you looked real good under the lights too. i'm no judge or anything but your back was killing hers, especially your back double bi's. I think the only place she got you at was the legs, she had some serious wheels.
