viagra and cialis will help bloodflow to the penis. it will not help with performance though. at 22 you should not need them obviously, but we are seeing a lot of younger guys having to use them for whatever reason. they were designed for old guys in their 70's lol.

I doubt youd see any real performance boost if everything's normal. You just get aroused easier and get harder

I don't think it will do much for you at your age and being fully functional. They make it easier to maintain an erection for those that have issues.
