Nope I don't remember this.... It's been a longgggggggggg time.. I'm talking probably 8 months- to a year! I think no bake chocolate cookies, or cheesecake, mmmm peanut butter, or even loads of cheese and chips and salsa... Yep those would do that for me :) Sorry I just food gunked your journal! :heart:

Ohhh yeah.. I think it kills the people I work with at the gym more... They keep saying July 15th we are sooo taking you and Stac out!! They are talking Japanese steakhouse... I need to poll everyone else and see if they like that sort of thing!! and also so I can get reservations made up!!

SG, do you find the Abductor and Adductor sets are helping with shaping your thighs? I don't do much of that machine but since my lower body is my problem area, I'm wondering if I should add these in.

A Chinese dish made with chicken, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots & mushrooms in a rice wine, oyster, sesame sauce. It's very good! :)
