Well, I can really feel the muscles working when I use those machines, so I just decided to keep them for a while and see how it goes. I've only been using them for a couple of weeks now, so I need to give it a few more weeks to see if I'm getting a result from it. I'll let ya' know.......it def couldn't HURT any!!!! lol

Heehee, that's true! :D It's just really a time issue since when I do legs, I focus on large movements like leg press, squats, leg curls and leg extensions. I should probably go in an extra evening to work on fine-tuning whenever I can.

I am interested to hear your take on these.... Persoanlly they do nothing for me except give people another way for the coochie monsta's to get a free shot ... (bad experience yes ...)

Band work
Jump lunges / squats

Better alternatives....

I'm so anti these machines... sowwy :(

Muhhaaaa Yeah.. I know that one!!! I use the abductor machine but that's it. Usually it's death if they look at me!
 
Have you ladies ever tried crossbody BB lunges? Good for the ab/adductors as well...

Why the :eek2: at the calories, SG? You're training extra hard, so I am sure your body needed it!
 
I haven't used these machines in YEARS....lol Always thought all the sissy girls used them and didn't want to be in that category. But when I started this last change up, I figured I'd give them a shot. They're facing the wall, so no coochie monster shots here! lol

I like lunges and walking lunges too. I'll try the crossbody BB lunges one of these days. Have done all the other stuff. I want to do something that doesn't get my HR up so I can concentrate on working the muscle - make sense? My tongue is always dragging the floor after lunges from fatige from the lunges themselves, but also from the cardio that goes with it.

Well, I'm TRYING to keep my calories under 1500 right now. I'm supposed to be cutting. I'm just always HUNGRY!!!! :chomp:
