Ok, ok......back to the same 'ol, same 'ol 'til next weekend........ho hum - sigh....




So I woke up yesterday with my shoulder in excrutiating (sp) pain. Same one that I should have gone to PT for in the early 90's. I've been taking Ibuprofin to deal. I'm not sure what to do about it. I clean tanning beds all day long with that shoulder, so I can't rest it either. It's still bothering me today. Getting ready to pop some more Ibuprofin.

Probably doesn't help that I was outside all day yesterday digging in the mulch and moving landscape around. Oh well, it had to be done. :whatever:

Yah, ice/heat.....something! I forgot my Ibuprofin at home and only had one here :( Just trying to do everything with my left arm....it's quite a site!!! lol

Awww...you got some of your mojo back then the shoulder went kaput! I hope it starts feeling better soon.
