What was the R-ala product you spoke so highly of?

Do you think there is a big difference between steel cut and 100% rolled oats? Do you eat?

What are your plans right now? Diet? Bulking, cutting, daily regimine? Much thanks.........

Make that 4 questions! SC I read one of your posts last night - can't remeber what the topic was but you stated that HIT cardio was not for fat loss - can you elaborate? Thank you!

HR needs to stay moderate for longer duration............

The idea of cardio for fat loss is to increase heart rate, optimizing fat burning while minimizing your catabolic state. Low impact cardio is perfect for this. It allows you to get your heart rate up for 45-60 minutes and preserve all of your muscle mass. HIT doesn't work so well for this because you are doing a high impact activity that can only be maintained for so long (say 15 minutes). While HIT is AWESOME for endurance/strength training, it does very little to optimize fat-burning and only increases your chances of falling into a catabolic state without proper pre and post work out nutrition (which can also hender fat loss).

At least thats always been my understanding of it :)

Don't forget HIIT. Doing intervals gives you the opportunity to get the best of both worlds. I used this last year and did no more than 40 min of cardio and competed heavier and leaner than I ever have. I guess it differs from person to person.
