OMG today I'm going off the walls. Woke up to a local recruiter interested in my resume for a job like 15 minutes up the road from my house. Shit. So I talked to him -- my qualificatoins are an excellent fit, good job, good salary, etc. Can't get the resume actually submitted for consideration until Wed. So obviously no idea about if there's any guarantee on it yet.. but shit. I"m still waiting on any action on my house. What if I sell the house &then get the job here??? Should I hold off on the house?? No idea.

Big fat waiting game.

So I went to the gym.

Shoulders hurt so no push / pull on squat / push / pull day. So I did just quads.

7 Aug 2006 (Mon)

5 min cardio stepper
OH squats: bar/20 5/15 10/15
back squats; 10/15 20/15 30/10
leg press; 45^4/10 x 3
leg ext: 130/10 x 3

Stepper : 30 min
 
Ughhhh... that sounds like a tough call girlie :rolleyes: Best of luck to whatever you figure out though, I'm sure it will be the right call... and I :heart: going to the gym too to blow off some steam (esp when my boss ticks me off or after a rough day :lmao: )

You guys are so great :) I'm getting pretty good at dealing, but damn. It is always like 5 months of 'nothing", then all hell breaks loose, chaos, floods, flying cows, then it all settles into an obvious solution with such anti-climax its almost a letdown.

(LOL Sounds like my sex life....)

Well... as if right on schedule.... I get an email from a guy I went to college w/ (my MSCS in FL, early 90s) who happened to hook into LinkedIn.com and for craps & giggles went to see who else from our college was on there. Hot damn if he doesn't work in tech at a large stable company in San Francisco that happens to be looking for people w/ background like I have.....


OMGOMGOMGOMG....

Anyway...

I told you, I wait & wait & wait & wait..... CHAOS ERUPTS ... then it settles.....


I think I've now officially entered the CHAOS state......
