Sassy/Daisy ?

To my mentors - can you please advise?
I have followed you both and taken yoour excellent advice - Daisy - I am following your diet advice, I have cleaned house in the nutrition department. Sassy I am training hard - cardio am and weights pm. Have a good background/education in all of this so my program is decent. Sassy you may recall you helped me previously. Bottom line is my bf% is too high and my results are taking eons now that I am 40!!!
Question: I have the opportunity to do a cycle of var. Should I start here or would you recommend doing a few weeks of clen and then hitting the var? I would like to compepte in May but that has nothing to do with this cycle - this is strctly to keep me focused and motivated. I am dedicating 110% to this!

Im not sure what they will say but u should proably provide yuor begining stats and stats now

what about training. How many days u work out and what the workout includes. Sorry i just see this kind of thread often and Sassy/Daisy always ask these questions. Just trying to help u get your answer quicker:)
 
I would put off the Var until your BF is lower. I know that sucks, but I truely think that if you get your BF down a few more % it will make a big difference.

Keep the dieting, keep the training ... when you get down to 18-20%, then consider the Var.

Where can we make tweaks until then? I am thinking training we could change up some....
 
Alwats knew I could count on you! Thanks Daisy! I am working with a traner who I really like. He is a 3x gold medalist for strength back in his early days! He is now in his 60's. He has me on a 6 day program - 2 prts daily. Diet has been clean as of late. Would you recommend clen for now? I have trained since I was born and the results are just coming a bit too slow at this age!

No clen until u reduced body fat. u should get to what Daisy said on your own without anvar or clen.

Try an ECA stack maybe or i know Daisy seems to like that therma.. whatever
 
Your killing me prettiest! Thanks for the input! I have just been training so long that I want to add alittle something new. I do take one eca in the morning but honestly I never feel anything. I guess I could increase that for now.

don't increase ECa too much.. it's not healthy. i am prety sure most ppl only use 25mg, I used 32mg, but anything more could cause more harm than good.

Our bodies really should rule themselves. If it's taking your body a little longer to react, that's just how your body is.

Not trying to kill you.. trying to be helpful.
