Today 2-6-09 stepped on the scale this afternoon 216lbs... Trained back and felt like I could train all day!!!

I trained chest 2 days ago an I am getting freaky strong. I am in my 10th day and weighed in at 220lbs my wife was like OMG babe you are big.
 
Put some pics up so we can see the transformation. Can you post up what your training on particular days and your set & rep ranges?

I will do my best I have to train alone because my partner is going through some hard times so my training log and reps are alot of the smith machine stuff. As for pics ill see what I can do I am all tatted out so its easy to ID me and for personal reasons I would have to do some photo shop work first.

Today was another good day, trained chest and one of the guys at the gym was lick fuck bro your all blowen up...I just smiled, he caught me off guard so I said yeah just training hard....I'll take that as a compliment. He just smiled and gave me that look.. My weight this AM was 221lbs. I repped 3 plates on the smith flat press for 2 sets of 12 then 1 set of 3 plates plus a 25 9. Incline smith 2 plates plus a 25 for 3 set of 10 and decline smith 3 plates at 3 sets 12 reps. Next was machine flys dent at elbows 120lbs for 12reps 2 sets and 140 for 8 reps 1 set. Then off to cable cross overs for 3 sets just to pump it up!!
 
Ok sorry for the delay got a stupid cold !#@%^ I dont get sick very often but this Sonmobitch had me laid out, zero energy, eating Chicken Noodle soup...WTF. But on the other had after 4days of being on the couch and not eating I still weighed in at 219lbs and I looked leaner so thats the bright side I have to look at, right?

Back in the gym my training partner is back in the gym again thank GOD he is a great guy love to train with him he pushes me and is an outstanding spotter. I put up 275lbs on flat bench barbell for 6 and 225lbs on incline barbell for 10. on back day trained alone lat pull downs at 150 for 12 reps 3 sets nice and slow then seated rows 165lbs 12 reps 3 sets also nice and slow.

Today 2-28-09 stepped on the scale this AM 222.2lbs its a solid 222.lbs thx to Needs2 and his advice I feel great not bloated strong and well defined. OK I gotsome eating to do post up again soon. Let me know if you have any questions.


 
well a lot of shit happen during this cycle got layed off had to sell my house, moved and worst of all I tore my abductor muscle it chipped the bone in the process so I have been out for 6 weeks. I gained over 20lbs this cycle. started a fast last week and dropped down to 214lbs but still feel good strenth is good PCT is going great. Looking forward to next cycle
 
Wow you really had a lot happen right at the end of your cycle , im sure it must have been hard .

PCT wow can't say enough about how good NEEDSTO'S advice is. I am back in the gym after doctors OK. Abductor musle feels good. I am still strong nothing really lost there and as for size maybe a little. I just weighed myself on my home scale and I am 224lbs thats end of the day weight... Pretty strong if you consider i have been off for 8 weeks with my injury. This is the best cycle I have done so far and I want everyone here to know because of EF and guys like needsto, I had little to no side "no acne" BP was good all went awesome including PCT that I completed today. Guys, newbies, whoever listen to what the people have to say here, I mean the ones who know their stuff and you will achieve your goals. Much love to my brothers who advised me and kept me motivated. I have already planned out my next cycle and look forward to sharing with everyone here.
