Can you drink the shakes? absolutely. Drink them up.
Avocado oil is good for fats but you still need to add some fish oil every day.

@man05 deca is working and high protein helps recovery thats why guys use steroids and take high protein diets right :)

I spoke with the TRT doc a week back and he seemed really loose with adjusting test and deca, he did say since this is my first run with deca not to exceed 300 and he laughed.

Anyhow have a good one, thanks guys

deca is a mild steroid even though people will tell you otherwise out of ignorance. if anything you can run it higher and higher since it doesn't come with estrogenic or androgenic sides like test does

I will start the 10% weight increase today doing the pull sets and legs tomorrow. I kind of did that yesterday not knowing that I was increasing but my bench was stronger yesterday. Shall I keep sets where they are at or adjust as necessary? On deltoids should I increase as well, I’ve always been under impression light to moderate was the sweet spot but I can definitely bump up as best I can. Thank you so much for the guidance, I’m gonna jump to 85’s for my chest supported rows, gotta go hard to get the lats like you got :)

I have had no ed sides, not bloated or anything which I attribute to diet. I do get crazy veins when lifting now, have always been vascular but this is wild sometimes.

I am able to move more weights should I be pushing for 7-8 reps still? Some of the sets are hard and I can barely hit 6.

I find the shakes easy to top off protein levels and convienent. I am working towards more whole foods such as chicken and beef.

I feel like I am definitely getting stronger either the weights or the deca maybe both, I feel pretty good overall. The diet of increased protein and fats with less carbs is noticeable. I am not sure about my workouts if those are structured properly or not. I am pressing forward but I feel like I need a goal or something to work towards if that makes sense.

I have bumped all weights up .10, feeling strong, will continue to increase.
Definitely can feel the deca, its a great feeling on joints and muscles, different than when I experimented with NPP, then again I knew nothing of what I did and that was foolish. You guys have helped me so much I really appreciate it, I learn daily more about my body and pushing it harder one day at a time.

I was asked about the shakes I drink and why so many I use them out of convenience when I cannot always sit and eat a huge plate of eggs or have grilled meat available. Do you guys have any suggestions for alternate protein sources? I am thinking I just need to start grilling 5lbs of chicken at a time, I usually do 2lbs of thighs to eat off, any suggestions would be great.

Hey guys have a situation where one of my viles of deca rolled off the counter and hit the tile floor, pop one and done. I have two viles a friend gave me of deca by maxtreme pharma, I can’t find much about them packaging looks great but means nothing. Is my best bet to throw these viles out and just order some pharma from Direct Supply?

Thank you for the input, on replacing my broken VIAL I am ordering two bottles of Deca 300 (Pharmacom) from Domestic Supply at the end of the week.

Weights: Everything is feeling really smooth except french press my elbows are sore, not sure if its my form or not, I can do heavier tri kickbacks no problem, any other ideas on TRI exercises I can incorporate? Since the deca has started to kick in I feel as if I can push through sets where I normally would bail or need to stop and reset. I am at 215 on flat bench, is it best I am conservative with my attempt to hit 4 plates within a month or as I can push the weight? I have been told sets between sets with a slingshot can be helpful for breaking plateaus and builds eccentric strength.
