I'm on vacation and it is totally screwing up my meals/workouts ! I just wanna go home and get back to routine.
Sunday (19th):

*gear 3 caps/d
*whey protein shake 1-2 scoops/d

Oblique incline with 18kb for 45 sec x2
Oblique standing with 18kb 2/15 each side
