I post workout in a bit...
But wanted to add that I tried Forged Burner 1 tab this am. Holy Sweat !
I feel like I'm losing 5 lbs in water. Lol
My trainer even commented today on how much I was sweating and "if I was ok"??
I'm like "dude I'm fine"
Stuff is intense.
Now I'm at the pool still sweating..

I think I finally stopped. Lol


You know if I take after like 10:00am I'm soooooooo wired, it keeps me up till like 2:00AM, becareful how late you take it, if your like me anyways, I'm super sensitive to stims.

Wednesday
Cardio: 6 min (i know...just a warm up)
Db Chest Press Flat: 3/15/15
Flat Tricep Press: 3/25/15rep
Pull Downs: 3/60-70/15
Forward Pull downs 2/60/15
Shoulder Raises straight arm: 3/8/15
Incline Bench abs: 3/15
Oblique twists with 18lb kettlebell 2/45 sec

Supps: Gear 3 times a day
Liq V 10mg/day
 
Thursday off
Friday:
Cardio for warm-up 5 min treadmill
Squats: deep to floor 1/15/90 1/15/140---first time w/ deep
Lunges: Reverse legs holding 2 20 lb db 2/15
Reverse leg curl (hamstring) 3/70-80/15
Leg extension: 3/60-70/12-15
Incline leg press: lower feet placement for quad focus 1/180 1/270
Standing calf raises: 2/220
Seated calf raises : 2/110
Glider high resistance 3 min
Glute raise up. 2/20
Ab crunch on orange ball with 12 med ball 2/25
Also, took 1 forged and m5 preworkout
Sweat like a mother and stim goose bumps
 
Decreasing my dose back down to 5mg/day.
My skin started acting up and I don't know if it's partially Sun related too, but I want to keep clear skin, so going back down for at least a week.
Saturday off from gym
Sunday...later
 
Yeah I have to take my combo N2Slin and Forged Burner before 10:00 a.m. also or Im not sleeping at all. But I cant really say that I noticed it making me sweat more.
Have to try it again and check that out. Or maybe I just dont notice it cuz of the regular sweat bath of Illinois summers.....
 
Ok popped 2 burners this a.m. and you know I am getting a little bit heated up!!:D So it looks like Im gonna have a warm wet one for a workout today!:evil:
