Another light leg session today. Was close to failure on my Cybex Leg Press on the last set. Probably would have failed at rep 19 had I tried. Last set of Hack Squats I probably was near failure as well. Had a really good burn going in the quads today. They were hard as a rock. Will stay at this higher rep range with lower weights until my cycle starts the middle of July. Have to give the body rest so I can start pounding it again for a 8-10 week cycle.

Decided to go even lighter today and do more reps on the Incline. Got a really good burn. I dont feel I am losing any muscle at all since coming off cycle end of May. Body is just taking a break and relaxing at this point. Shoulder still feels like a million bucks. Truly amazed my shoulder feels this good. I thought for sure it would be be in pain by now. Decided to go even lighter today and do more reps on the Incline. Got a really good burn. I dont feel I am losing any muscle at all since coming off cycle end of May. Body is just taking a break and relaxing at this point. Shoulder still feels like a million bucks. Truly amazed my shoulder feels this good. I thought for sure it would be be in pain by now. of 8. I’m hoping for sets of 15 with 1000 lbs by years end on narrow stance.

Finished another workout with high volume training and low 60 sec rest peroids between sets. Was brutal. I feel like I am getting huge. Pumps are insane. Not bad considering I am off everything including HGH. Just taking my 125mg Test E twice per week and Cialis 20mg on training days. Decided to stop taking cialis on non lifting days to see how I perform in the bedroom if it makes a difference or not. Seems to be fine so far. Anyway I am excited as hell to start my cutting cycle in Mid July. Havent got it nailed down yet on what I will be taking. Will have time to figure it out. Will need some highly androgenic gear though as semaglutide loves to eat muscle. Everyone have a nice weekend and get huge!!!

Might take them later this evening. Probably the worst time to take them but oh well. Should have took them this morning but I didnt want to wake up the wife. Wanted to let her get her beauty sleep. Ok so here are my photos just shy of 4 weeks since the end of the bulk. Was taken at 4 pm today at 267lbs fully bloated with 2000 cals cals consumed for the day. Not ideal time like the fasted photos at the beginning of this log but you can see the huge muscle mass that I’ve put on most noticeable in the chest delts. My legs are actually leaner looking and bigger as well. Would like to thank @PSL, @~Vision~, for having my back an opportunity to do this bulk with all their support behind me. Looking forward to seeing what is underneath all this fat in the coming months when I do my insane cutting cycle I have been planning. Next goal is a six pack and 600 lb deadlift. I figured I gained a little. I figure 15 lbs muscle and 5 lbs fat gained. IDK. My eyes are old so I am not sure. LOL. Its just a guess. I do know that my legs look leaner and they are bigger. My chest delts and arms are definitely bigger. Ive gained almost 2/3 inch on my arms and about an inch on my legs. My waste is a tiny bit bigger. One notch on my weight belt the last I used it but that was when I was over 270 a couple months ago so its possible I lost fat since. I mean right now I am a solid 20 lbs heavier than when I started this cycle and the cycle has been over for 4 weeks. I also stopped HGH over a week ago. My strength is also way up from where it was at the beginning of this cycle.

The greatest advantage is the amount of tonnage I can move per workout will lead to incredible muscle mass gains over time. If you want to be a mass monster you have to move the tonnage.

Decided to go lower volume today and up the weight a little bit. Felt massive pump after I was done with the Rear Delt/Lat Pulldowns. I can sure see why Jay Cutler loves that exercise so much. Probably my favorite exercise now for getting massive pump going in the entire lat and rear delts. Even though I went much heavier today I still moved a fair amount of tonnage which is what we want in order to force the muscle to get out of its comfort zone. Also had a huge amount of sweating in todays workout which I believe is a direct result of the stack of supplements that N2BM sent me. Thanks again for that awesome care package!!! Will keep cals around 2500 today at the top end which will be a deficit. I think my upcoming cutting cycle in July is going to be one for the ages. I have some big plans for it. Expect to lose zero muscle and possible even add muscle while melting the fat off. Going to be a highly androgenic cycle with both tren and anadrol. Will use the tren on the front half and the drol on the back end of the cycle when the semaglutide is at the highest dose. I feel this will be the ultimate cutting cycle with the most minimal muscle loss possible. Been thinking about this one since I ended my last stint with semaglutide. I know I have this one figured out to a T. Anyway have a good training day and get huge with me!!!

Thanks brother!!! I am just shocked I am not losing any of the gains I put on. It feels like a dream. Even when I dont get good sleep I keep crushing it. Looking forward to continued gains and your support. I have no plans on backing down anytime soon.

So this is so weird. Every time I end up getting crappy sleep I end up having my biggest lifts in the gym. Only got 4 hours. Did RDL on the barbell for the first time in 4 years. I crushed it. I could have done more but I am not going to risk pulling a hammy. They are already sore so it probably a good idea that I shut it down when I did. I am still in disbelief its been a full month off cycle and I continue to gain like its crazy. Someone pinch me and wake me up from this dream. LOL. Tomorrow is Chest/Tri's and then off to my mother in laws for a week. Might lift at the local gym while we are there just to get out of the house. Everyone have a nice evening and have a good start to the week!!!

I have plenty of sleep aids. I slept hard for 4 hours and woke up and didn’t feel like laying in bed any longer so I drank my coffee and stayed awake at 3 a.m.

Today was a fun day in the gym. Been a while since ive done barbell incline press. Didn't know how strong I was and still don't know where it will end. PR on all lifts today. Lowered the volume down and went heavy. This is the way I love to train. Shoulder feels incredible. No pain still. I still can't believe how easy the weights feel. I swear to god PSL has the greatest gear on earth.

N2BM also has incredible products. I think the HCGenerate stacked with Ostazol and Cardazol is doing a damn fine job at getting my body into high gear. Its the only thing Ive added since going off cycle. Its obviously helping me get stronger while I am in my 5th week of TRT dosing of Test E. I get very warm and sweat like I've never sweated before. My wife can vouch for this. My shirt is soaked after my workout even if I am doing low volume its still soaking wet. I think everyone should use those three products. I am also using the N2Slin but I am not sure how it well it works because I am already taking metformin, but now I can stop taking the berberine since it already has that in N2Slin as well. The ingredients in the product look good to me so I think if anyone has high blood sugars and not taking metformin I would definitely tell them to use the product. I also have the Nutrazol 677 but I am going to hold off on that until after I am finished with my scripct sleep medicine which will run out in the next two weeks. I did try it with that script and it was so strong I felt groggy the next day so I dont think they should be stacked together. It has some great ingredients in it from looking at it so I am excited to see how that works as well. All in all N2BM has top notch product that obviously works from my short 1 week experience with it so far.

Anyway everyone have a good week as the Mrs. and I will be heading to her mom's for the week starting tomorrow so we might be training in a gym we are not used to. Everyone lift heavy and get strong AF with me!!!
