Interesting you don't like high volume, I'd it injury risk specifically that keeps u away from it ? Or do u like lifting fir strength mainly
I want to be strong as I want to have the option to enter a powerlifting meet and crush it. I want to deadlift and squat 700+ after I turn 55 late next year. Actually more like 2 years I want to attempt it. I am not going to get there doing volume . I also believe in Dorian Yates style training. Short and sweet. I believe too many people focus on volume when they should be focusing on intensity.

That's fair and I can understand that point of view and see how it is beneficial with the goals you have in mind, that's a heck of a goal and I know you will accomplish it brother 💪

I try and mix strength training with volume training, over the years I've done a mix 2 weeks volume intensity 2 weeks low volume strength and keep switching off back and forth and it has served me well.

I Wong deny my first cycle I kept getting so strong I kept pushing the weight load up and up lol, that wasn't even my goal.

Eventually I end up doing volume with heavy weights as usually half way through the cycle my heavy 6 reps sets turn into 15-18 reps sets with the same weight. LOL.

Started 10mg S-23 and 10mg LGD-4033 pre-workout. Strength is through the roof. Did almost twice as many reps on my hack squats per set today and 25% more reps on my top set on the cybex squat press. Got 3 hours of sleep last night. Still getting good deep sleep though which is good.

Lmao you know man it happened that way for me as well, not even because I wanted that, I could do it with ease so I just did it lol self control on cycle in the gym is not easy lol
