Today was a rest day so I went to Gold's did standing DB shrugs, seated Db shrugs, trap bar ones and elbow rehab and 20min cardio just to stay active..
Weight is still staying at a solid 170, but I've dropped maybe 1-2% off my body fat got about a 3ish pack now. The SARMS are working, strength is WAY up, more vascular for sure, but overall these compounds are super super mellow. Just ordered some caber because I have some prolactin gyno from max lmg I used this Fall that has stuck around. Still taking forma stanzol too atm.
Grabbed some Albuterol too, I like that it has a shorter half life and Im an athelete and want to be able to run, have less sides etc. So I'll throw that in for a few weeks too. I have 50 tabs 4mg a tab, going to work my way up to 12mg a day from 4mg. Should be really really light.
