Day 5. FWARKK!!! My endurance is through the roof! Thats the biggest jump I've seen the s4 bring on. I'm telling you guys if you want to increase all of your lifting volume this is the stuff to take.. Ar-r sells it really expensive, thats what I'm running uniques is a ton cheaper and could be just as good I'm not sure. I'm feeling some slight mass gains, I just got off letro and tapering down with Nolva plus forma stano so I put on a few pounds of water weight now that I have e in my body again lol. So weight gain could be that or the Osta. Day 5 things really haven't been that apparent.. I don't feel on, but I'm literally forcing myself to take rest days, and stop in the gym. I'm talking limitless energy... Been eating clean, hope to keep gaining.

Weight: 171 today :(
 
How's it affect your cardio?
 
Day 6: Today was supposed to be a rest day but I wanted to train my friend and I'm taking a 4day lay off so I went to the gym today. Kept it simple with Calves/traps/forearms. Forearms were just my elbow rehab routine. Anyways the four day lay off should be good for me. I don't feel tired but I've been going hard for 7 weeks straight now so a 4 day break will keep me growing and possibly eradicate any chance of over training. Endurance is still killer, and I feel a small appetite increase it feels like. Could be all in my head. So far SARMS have been really underwhelming, should have saved them for a PCT or a bridge not just run them as a solo cycle. But because of my injury I feel like I made the right choice, I feel my elbow getting stronger and more stable every day.

I don't do cardio. At least not right now.. During the Fall/winter/spring I run anywhere from 2-4miles a day 5days a week (damn you! coaches!) This summer I'd like to see what I can look like by watching what I eat.
I may add clen for week 4-6 and then 2 weeks off, and run it for the first 2 weeks of PCT. Just an idea I've been kicking around, but I don't feel like I have enough mass at 5'8 170 to mess with Clen.

Weighed in at 175 today but I left my trainers on.. So I cheated :P
 
So tired... Been running 15-16 hour days of non stop action and work. But getting steady gym time in. My body is transforming today is day 11. I think a progress picture at the 3rd week mark would be beneficial to some people..
I'll give this more energy when I have some..
 
Today was a rest day so I went to Gold's did standing DB shrugs, seated Db shrugs, trap bar ones and elbow rehab and 20min cardio just to stay active.. :) Weight is still staying at a solid 170, but I've dropped maybe 1-2% off my body fat got about a 3ish pack now. The SARMS are working, strength is WAY up, more vascular for sure, but overall these compounds are super super mellow. Just ordered some caber because I have some prolactin gyno from max lmg I used this Fall that has stuck around. Still taking forma stanzol too atm.

Grabbed some Albuterol too, I like that it has a shorter half life and Im an athelete and want to be able to run, have less sides etc. So I'll throw that in for a few weeks too. I have 50 tabs 4mg a tab, going to work my way up to 12mg a day from 4mg. Should be really really light.

Hell Yeah thats how I roll! I'm a little sore from a mosh pit I was in last night but ready to kill some Chest tri's today! I got a sample of N2KTS green apple gunna crack it open and see whats good with it. Might cut it with some Green Magnitude thats green apple too. My spirits are high! Had some weird shit go down last night when I saw the Ex at a concert I was at. She was with a dude who was trolling hard no game at all, so I took the ex and danced with her right in front of him, he was about to say something but I guess I looked too beefy in my bro tank because the kid didn't step up at all. I don't need girls guys I'll focus on lifting and baseball. Plenty of time for chicks when I'm done playing this game.
