some say do each body part once a week, some say tewice a week.

while both have benifits involved why not combine the 2 in an unusual, refreshing and fun way.

this program I think would insure maximum rcovery, with maximum development of strength, and muscular development.

I am still a newby, but this program I think could yiels some impressive results.

what do you think?

Then i don't think that split is very good.

training five days in a row is very stressful on your CNS and i think it's too much for the natural trainer.

it'll prolly work for about 4 weeks before you start to notice regression on your lifts and a lack of growth in your muscles.

enjoy.

good point on CNS system

but it is applied like this

I was not clear.

2 days on 1 off.........then.........3 days on 1 off...........repeat...or take another day off

ok tell ya what. I still stand by my theory that you will most likely start to regress after a few weeks but here's what i'll say:

if you do that split, every say...4 weeks, use a week and only go to the gym twice and split it up between upper and lower body. When you go in, use a HIT type of routine. this will act like a 'deloading' phase.

Either do that, or rewowrk your current split bcause i really think 5 days out of 7 is far too much for a natural trainer. I'd say 4 days a week max. and never train for more than 2 days in a row.

it's up to you of course.
