Retarded exercises people do!!!!!!!

I like it when the famous four some get togehter to do incline bench press and either almost fall of the bench or their back are so arched it looks like they are doing flat bench press.

last wednesday i was at my gym and in the toilets.. and this big buff guy was wanking in the showers. at our gym there are curtins for the shower, and this sick fuck didnt have it closed, but open for every one to see his tiny dick.
it was fucking gross. true story

Try Help

I remeber going to gym and not knowing what the hell to do :) maybe if you see someone struggling show them how to do a exercise correctly youll feel so much better knowing youve helped them.

Serously if I had someone come to me and show me the correct 'form' when i first started training I would have been so happy, instead i spent hours on fitness sites looking at how to do the exercises correctly

:)

Hahaah great story guys...for me the funniest thing I've ever saw at my gym was probably the old skinny asian guy running backwards on a treadmill next to me! He ran for a good half an hour at atleast 6mph! I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

As for people I hate the most at gyms, that would have to be the fat guys who wear wife beaters and think they're big just cuz they've got size. They're constantly checking themselves out in the mirror and lifting heavy weights that they can't handle.

Yeah, ive seen people standing backwards on the stairmasters, that just baffles me. Other funny things are

1) I saw one guy hook up the rope attatchment to the cable machine, grab it, and start swinging it like a baseball bat.

2)Another guy walked up to the pec dec and sat on it backwards, trying to work his delts, only to get about 1/4 inch range of motion. I know some fly machines you can work your delts on, but trust me, this is one you can't

3)There is this guy who every thing he does makes me laugh. My favorite is the fact that he apparently has some beef with the 45 lb plates. So when he shrugs, he stacks on about 89572418 25 lb plates on each side and of course he uses the absolute worst form.

lol

that's what the introductory session at the gym is for
besides if you're willing to educate yourself and don't make stuff up on the fly you don't really need a lot of help do you? Seriously, all it takes is one fitness magazine.
I'll help if asked but I don't volunteer

I heard it "hits calves from a different angle" but it just seems dangerous... the construction and grip placement on those machines ain't built for bass-ackwards people
