Retarded exercises people do!!!!!!!

Karate Man Jr. came into my gym yesterday. He actually lifted weights and such and seemed to have some beef with me... Then, as I was doing abs, he proceeded to beat the shit out of the hack squat machine with heavy knees. Eventually, he felt embarassed and left.

Yesterday, I saw this old man doing pushups on the incline bench. He had the entire gym trying to figure out what the hell was doing.

Serously if I had someone come to me and show me the correct 'form' when i first started training I would have been so happy, instead i spent hours on fitness sites looking at how to do the exercises correctly

I totally agree......quit laughing and try to be helpful.

As for introductory gym sessions......they don't come even close to telling you everything you need to know.

Also, I see no harm in experimenting. I wonder how many people laugh at powerlifters when they start attaching bands and chains to their bars.......alot of people cant figure it out and laugh just cos it isn't the norm. Unfortunately not many people know that this method is used at Westside Barbell and produces some of the strongest men in the world. Alot of people also do sport specific stuff that looks weird but when you talk to them about it some of them have very good reasons for training that way. So the point.....just cos it looks stupid doesnt mean that it is.
 
This has nothin to do with this post but what are chains and bands. Ive been thinking about tryin to compete in powerlifting. Never done a one rep max but my workout weights arre decent or so Ive been told.

Hey end point or anyone. I just got done reading about 4 article and cant believe the shit ive been doing. Any ways. Igot the whole concept of the bands but not the chains. Do you know of and step by step pics or better discrition of how to use them. thanks.
