Retarded exercises people do!!!!!!!

We have a pot-bellied man who does sit-ups on the decline bench non-stop for like 30-45 min STRAIGHT! Sweats like a pig all over it too. He cleans it when he's done, but it's not like you could work in, and it's our ONLY decline bench. :mad:
 
yeah I seen that workout before actually it's pretty common in my gym. where they do a double bicep pose with the fly handles? as far as i know i have never seen that in a workout mag or any common info . who the hell came up with that

That exercise seems to be popular at my gym too, I've tried it a few times at the end of a Bi workout and it seems to give me a pretty good pump. Allthough, you end up looking like a big show-off when you do them. Has anyone else tried these?
 
Theres this cardio room, which has windows all at the front (the direction everyone faces). The room joins onto the area where the water-tap is and seats.
One time i felt a little hungry so went and got a chocolate bar, sat down and started eating it. Then i looked up and noticed that there was a whole class in the cardio room of fatties. I mean they were huge. Obviously trying to lose weight, and there i was sitting right infront of them eating a chocolate bar. After most of them stopped doing their 'running on the spot' exercise and just started staring at me, the instructer turned around and asked me to move.
Probably more embarrasing than funny.

its a double bicept cabe curls, I know a grip of people who do them including me and if you look in last months Muscle&Fitness you will see them demonstrating it, it is supposed to work on increasing the peak of your bicepts it is actually a good exercise you should try them.

Holy shit I was going to call the EMT's. I could not but stare and wait for some gross thing to happen.......
