Retarded exercises people do!!!!!!!

Okay, I've seen some fu<ked up things at the gym, but the the best is...

This older guy...I'd say 50 comes to the gym every night goes to the center of the room and just starts doing all sorts of karate moves. I mean starts at one side starts kicking punching and jumping all over. Does this for about an hour then leaves.

I mean I'm sure it's a cardio workout, but for the life of me have not been able to figure out why he drives to a gym to do it. Of course the walk to his car is the typical arms out because of the huge lats and biceps. Of course the guys isn't built at all, so I'm confused by his walk....;o)

Then he makes his way over to the water fountain doing his jumps and kicks. You have to bob and weave in order to get a drink so you don't get kicked or punched by this guy, it's quite amusing

What's even funnier is seeing people that are joining this gym for the first time, they just stare at this karate kid like a deer in headlights..just wondering WTF this guy is doing....

Dog I swear you must have been there man he honestly was like 5'8 maybe like 130 and I swear he was wearing a wife beater. IT WAS YOU WASNT IT. :-) Nah it seemw like its the same twerps that do stupid shit.;)
 
OK OK well heres 2 things that Ive seen recently that made me say HUMMMM!!!!

1. The guy that is about 5'11 and about 125lb that sits there staring in the mirror and lifting his shirt up to flex his abs as he somehow believes hes swool because he has abs, not because he has any mass but because he has like 3% body fat and is as thin as a toothpick.
2. the big fat guy that does lat pulldowns with the entire rack while swaying his back up and down and then gets up with his Imaginary Lat Sindrome like hes some giant while he caries his fat gut around.
 
This isn't as funny as the other posts, actually it's sad. I'm sure most gyms have people like this.

The ones who come in day after day doing the same half-ass workout, no intensity, just going through the motions, some for hours at a time. (I SLEEP with more intensity!) Their bodies never change (at least in the years I've gone to this gym) but they still keep coming and doing the same thing.

Then there are people who think just BEING in the gym should count for something. They spend all their time socializing but never attempt more than one or two exercises. Then they complain about their "busy" lives and bad genetics.

I see dumb people

When i use to work out at NYSC in ramsey, i use to see at least 2 people a workout do some of the most stupid shit you have ever seen
the guy who dropped the ez on his head after maxing in skull cruchers without a spot is def one of the best
now that i work out at college i am surrounded by less dumb people (mind you, they are everywhere you look)
 
NYSC in Ramsey?
I used to go there two years ago! They had some big fucking assholes there. I was a newbie back then so I didn't notice some of the assholes I would now. But I distinctly remember several people completley wasting expensive gym memberships. Which town are you from?
 
I have seen a lot of people in my gym do curls with the cables. the cables where you do cable flyes. they look like they are doing a duoble bicep pose but they are doing a curling action with the cables. do any of you guys do this? I dont know what to think of this, but I dont do it.
