Retaining Muscle/Strength During Cardio/Fat Loss Cycle

I've been training for about 2 years now consistently and have enjoyed every grueling weightlifting session. However during this time I havent shed a great deal of weight that I was hoping to lose when I first started off working out.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what kind program I should employ for maximal fat loss?

ie. 2 or 3 full body weight training sessions a week plus 1 hour of cardio a day?

Here are some of my numbers so you can judge what kinds of training would suit me.

5'9" 243lbs

max squat 350
max deadlift 375 (just started doing these this month)
max bench press 350

My goal really is to reduce bf%.

train the same as you regularly do.

modify your food intake to get into a caloric deficit and start implementing cardio regularly.

there should be no change in your workouts, at least not yet.
 
Bro, just count how many calories you eat a day and then minus around 200-500 a day while keeping protein consumption at a decently high level, and see if you weight over a weekly period. if you are kep at the diet...
