So I just got back into weightlifting after almost a year, I'm going to follow this program to the letter, it doesn't seem to have how long the rest times are between sets, Joe Defranco says 3-4 minutes for jumping but no mention of rest for the weightlifting sets, I'm assuming 1-2.5 minutes should be enough?(was doing low repetition and 4 minute rests before but damn that was boring, this time I want size and strenght and not just strength though )
