ok im confused is liquidex the same as arimidex?
also can u order liquidex online?

thanks guys

I get then confused all the time. I believe they are all just anastrozole (liquid=liq anast. and arimidex=anastr. tabs) but made by different companies and therefor have different names. Also if it is liquid be sure of the mg/ml b/c some are 4mg/ml while others are 1mg/ml. You wouldnt want to accidentally take 4mg ED or ED. Dont know the sides but that would definitely be an expensive mistake! Hope I could help some... again, I still get confused by it but thought that this might not be exact explanation but was pretty easy to understand. Hope I could help

g69-Yes liquidex is anastrozole(the same ingredient as arimidex)suspended in a liquid glycerol base. The REAL,original liquidex cannot be purchased off a web-site,but some of the knock-off,copycat versions can be.E-mail a mod in the know to locate the REAL,original liquidex.

BAK-That would work quite well if your diet/cardio is in order. If you were really brave, you could cut back the cardio and add a light dose of DNP as a thermogenic base to ramp up lypolysis.

what about nolvadex

I heard that Dan Duchaine was recommending Nolvadex after the end of a cycle to help shed bodyfat. I guess it makes sense, nolva attacks the existing estrogen, then liquidex keeps new estrogen from producing. Throw in some ECA and good diet and cardio, it seems like a potent combo! Anyone else heard of this or opted to try it? And what about throwing in some clomid, would that be counterproductive, or would it be just enough of an estro signal to keep your body from going outta wack w/out any estro production? Thoughts to ponder...

ULTER

I read your post about the diminishing quantities of NYC. If I were to buy 6-7 bottles would they stay good for a while? maybe someone else can answer my question

Huck,

There is a lot of debate as to what the formula for determining calorie intake when cutting. Is there one that you find to be more accurate for people?

Actually,I am much less scientific when it comes to caloric regimens.I am more focused on macronutrient profiling, particularly in regards to insulin response, which I believe is the major down fall for most of us with propensity towards endomorphism.Protein requires more calories just to DIGEST,so it is always the main staple for me when cutting.Carbs as stated above, are very limited,as the primary goal is to lower an over-stimulated insulin responsiveness, and to even REVERSE it for a given timeframe.I do try to keep my food PORTIONS lower,by eating smaller meals, more frequently. Not too scientific, but it always seems to get the job done for me.
