Ok...I usually have one MRP shake (Lean Body or Myoplex) a day between meals......can anyone suggest a replacement with roughly the same nutrient content? Meaning about 2-3g of fat, 20-25 carbs. 30-45g of protein.....? Thinking of making my own shake with oats, skim, and Nitrotech, but not sure how it will come out.....maybe egg white pancakes with oats and nitro? Lil help for lotta karm..
