My back was NOT feeling so hot so I cut this short, skipped calves ( I tried but any pressure… eh-eh… backed OFF… Hot tub to stretch and let the water beat on the soft spot for a bit…. It was over 80 and gorgeous outside so gym was sparse but I do believe a random managed to hit on me… at least I think he did.. Im so oblivious sometimes I just brush it off b/c it seriously NEVER happens to me at the gym ... “Do you come here often…” ... :D

I didn’t make it to the gym until after 6 so I did what I could in a short about of time, maybe an hour, 26 min of which was Cardio Post weights+ 10 min warm before weights… I will force down the PB next time so I get in more that 1300 some odd cals…. I had a random nose bleed on my way home, thankfully my neighbors weren’t outside cuz I had blood all over my face & hands lol… I guess on Grey’s Anatomy (I don’t watch it but someone here told me) there was an episode with a guy who had sinus issues, then a nose bleed then it was some kind of brain hemorrhage.. so ya, freaked me out a little bit with all the sinus/head/migraine issues …. Etc. ANYWHO, another big test tonight…going to try to study. Happy Monday!

I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!! :bigkiss: I don't even know what to say..Your back- so cut and nice taper, your bis look nice and full and cut, your waist is tiny--those ABS ROCK in the Black and White pic--Jesus!! Butt and legs look nice and shapely, full- everything is just awesome and you still have 5 weeks left, amazing,B! You are going to kill 'em..Keep it up. It is WELL Worth it because it is paying off..dont' know how you do it all..and do it all PHENOMENALLY, no half assed. Rest and take care.. :heart: :heart:
