WELL, the bf didn't go AS well but I am not going to sweat it. I look different and lost about .5 - 1 inch everywhere, except my waist, that went down 2 inches... and well my calves, those are still 16 ...
and the scale, I finally broke back into the 160's... and I feel great.. just tired sometimes.
My diet is sporadic and I eat what I can... I think I have been zigzagging cals again after looking at previous fitdays, which I cant reference now b/c of some error today...
It's been kinda like this (I went shopping last night so I adjusted things a bit):
M1 - PWO Cardio Shake
M2 - Protein + Fat
M3 - Protein + Fat
M4 - Protein + Fat
M5 - Chicken, sometimes oats
M6 - Protein and/or just Fat like walnuts
LACKING VEGGIES BUT I just cooked up plenty last night...so today will be
M1 - PWO Cardio Shake
M2 - Apple + ANPB
M3 - Chicken Spinach Salad w/ berries from Shadow Project (not the crackers or anything though)
M4 - Chicken + 2 cups Green Beans
M5 - Maybe another shake if I do PM workout
M6 - Chicken, Broc, small Tato
M7 - Pro/Fat like PB If Im hungry
about 17-1800 cals, 45P, 35C, 25F (just came out that way, not planned)
So we shall see...
I like todays menu but I feel you need a little more protein on meal 2 or before at least. May I suggest before morning cardio mixing one scoop of whey in water to help perserve muscle. Unless pwo cardio shake is pre and not post, lol Either way, you keep it up Bunny, I want to see you up on stage one day kicking ass and taking names!!
