Cals from last night are updated.. to stay within 10-11 x I had to nix the 2 tbsp of PB and have one... easier than I thought, yay for me. :chomp:

So I kinda watched KONG last night, the remake.. and I bawled... :baby2: I say kinda b/c I had to change it when ape was getting abused! ... Interesting with all the dino and bugs on the island... surprised I didn't have nightmares about those island people :worried: lol

Daily Log coming up, I have a feeling I may get out of class early (after exam) so it will be updated lata...

* 4 sliced strawberries / 15-20 blueberries
* 1 Serving Kashi Crackers


Meal 4
* 4.5 oz Grilled Chicken Breast (baked in EVOO & Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)
* 2 Cups Veggies (Broccoli + Green Beans, dash table Salt)


Meal 5
* 6 oz Grilled Chicken Breast (baked in EVOO & Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)
* 2 Cups Broccoli dash sea salt , 1 Serving Reduced Fat Cheese
