* 4 oz Grilled Chicken Breast Tenderloins (baked in EVOO & Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)
* ^^ .5 Bag Baby Spinach w/ 2 tbsp Light Done Right 3 cheese Ranch
* 4 sliced strawberries / 15-20 blueberries
* 1 Serving Kashi Crackers


Meal 4
* 5 oz Grilled Chicken Breast Tenderloins (baked in EVOO & Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)
* 2 Cups Green Beans (dash Sea Salt)
* Large Sweet Potato


Meal 5
* 4 oz Grilled Chicken Breast Tenderloins (baked in EVOO & Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)
* 2 Cups Broccoli (dash Sea Salt & 1 Serving Reduced Fat Cheddar)

100 lunges, is that all at one time? That would be up there with a root canal with no freezing....

LOL I did them 20 at a time :D, then stretched a little in between. GREAT to see you in here! :wavey:

I dont post in here much, dont wanna step on any toes....and angry women scare me(turn me on too, but thats a different story...jk :) )

even 20 at a time is harsh, anything 1 leg at a time like that kills me as the sets take forever...I dont think I ever do 100 reps total in a leg workout, thank god I dont have to...

Lunges... well in the little foyer outside my condo, all I could to as I was waiting for my boi Fred (client) to come do a lock out on my car (only time I was ever truly thankful I had an IN from my job... funny how that works... ) ... the first 45 min I wasn't moving much, so I got up in case my @$$ get's any flatter ... :D
Good for my balance too I guess b/c I wobble :)

I see, i cant do free weight ones, funny as I can squat 500lbs for easy reps to the floor, but cant do free weight lunges, mine have to be on a machine
